Your order may be divided into separate packages for several reasons. The items may be stored in different warehouses, some hot-selling items may need additional preparation time, or customs and courier requirements related to weight or size may make split shipment necessary.
When this happens, you will receive an email notification as each parcel is shipped. If your order is sent in more than one package, no extra shipping fee will be charged for the separate shipment.
