How the Arborlen model works
Arborlen works directly with established furniture manufacturers and sends eligible products from partner factories to customers in the United States. Reducing distributor, showroom, storage, and warehousing layers helps us offer well-made furniture at more accessible prices.
How quality is checked
Manufacturing partners must meet Arborlen’s production and quality requirements. The five-stage control process includes:
- Supplier assessment
- Pre-production inspection
- Raw-material testing
- Finished-product spot checks
- Post-sale performance tracking
Large and fragile products also receive strengthened protective packaging intended to reduce transit damage.
Delivery and service
Arborlen maintains long-term logistics arrangements for international delivery. Because products may leave directly from partner factories in Asia, a normal delivery journey commonly takes 2 to 4 weeks. The applicable estimate for an individual item remains the estimate shown during the order process.
Customer protection
Depending on the item and the circumstances, the customer protection framework includes:
- a 14-day damage-on-arrival guarantee for eligible items received damaged;
- a 30-day return window for general dissatisfaction;
- warranty coverage of up to 180 days on eligible products; and
- continued assistance from the Arborlen support team.
The detailed returns, refunds, replacement, and warranty rules apply to every request and explain the required evidence, deadlines, remedies, and exclusions.
