For returns that are not related to product quality or shipping damage, Arborlen may apply a return shipping and handling fee.
What Does the Fee Help Cover?
This charge helps offset part of the costs associated with receiving and processing the returned product, including:
-
Return handling and processing
-
Warehouse inspection and quality checks
-
Repackaging and protective materials
-
Restocking and inventory management
These steps help ensure that returned merchandise is inspected, protected, and handled properly when it arrives back at the warehouse, while also supporting consistent pricing for customers.
How Much May Be Charged?
For non-quality-related returns, the return shipping and handling fee may be up to 20% of the total order amount.
If the original packaging is missing, an additional US$59 repackaging fee may also be deducted.
