Arborlen usually needs 7–10 business days to prepare an order before it ships. For handmade or customized products, an additional 7–10 days may be needed. This preparation time does not include shipping time.
Arborlen will send an email after the order has been shipped or if there is a delay that affects the order. If you have not seen any update, please make sure you are checking the correct email account and also review your spam or junk folder.
