If some parts or accessories are missing, please contact Arborlen within 7 days from the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking record.
Please provide your order number, a short description of the missing part or item, and clear photos or videos showing the package contents and the condition of the outer packaging. Please keep all original packaging for verification.
If the missing items are accessories or hardware, please take out all included parts and lay them flat in one photo. Please also send photos of the outer carton and shipping label so we can identify exactly what is missing.
Once the case is reviewed, Arborlen may offer:
- free reshipment of the missing part(s)
- free reshipment of the correct product
- free replacement with another item of similar value
- a refund
