7. Pricing Accuracy
Arborlen makes reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information shown on the site are accurate. However, mistakes such as pricing errors, inaccurate listings, or typographical issues may occasionally occur.
An item’s price is not deemed confirmed until your order has been placed. If a product is displayed with incorrect pricing or inaccurate information, Arborlen may, at its sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. Product prices and availability may be changed at any time without prior notice.
8. Quotations
Any quotation provided by Arborlen remains valid until the expiration date stated in that quote. Even so, quoted pricing may be revised without notice if there are changes to product specifications, quantities, designs, shipping schedules, material or labor costs, legal requirements, or if a clerical error is discovered.
9. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Arborlen reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Some orders may not be capable of acceptance and may therefore need to be cancelled.
Customers are generally charged at the time the order is placed. Orders are expected to ship within the period stated on the applicable product page or in the Shipping Policies section of the site. If shipment cannot occur within 24 hours, payment may be retained as a deposit against the ordered goods until dispatch takes place.
Orders may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to:
- product or pricing errors
- quantity restrictions
- concerns identified through fraud or credit review
- inability to verify required information
If we need more information before accepting your order, or if all or part of your order is cancelled, Arborlen will attempt to notify you. Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a refund or credit will be issued to the original payment method for the applicable amount.
10. Purchase Limits and Dealer Restrictions
Arborlen may impose limits on the number of units purchased per customer, household, account, or order. These limits may apply to orders associated with the same email address, billing address, shipping address, or payment method.
If such a restriction applies, Arborlen may notify you using the contact details provided with the order. Arborlen also reserves the right to refuse sales to resellers or dealers. Customers wishing to place larger orders for business, institutional, or corporate use should contact our Sales Team.
11. Product Information and Display
Arborlen aims to describe products and present website content as accurately as possible. However, Arborlen does not guarantee that product descriptions or any other content on the site will always be complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product sold by Arborlen is materially different from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, subject to the applicable return policy.
We also make efforts to display colors and finishes as accurately as possible. Even so, actual appearance may vary depending on your screen, monitor settings, or device, and Arborlen cannot guarantee that on-screen colors will perfectly match the physical item.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the site, will be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction, namely the United Kingdom or Hong Kong.
