Yes, change-of-mind returns are possible in some cases.
If the return is not related to product quality, please contact Arborlen within 30 days from the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking information.
To qualify, the item should be unused, unassembled, and in brand-new condition. When contacting us, please send your order number and a short reason for the return. Arborlen may also ask for photos or videos showing the item’s current condition.
Depending on how far the unpacking has gone:
- if the parcel is unopened, photos of the outer carton are usually enough
- if the box has been opened but the item has not been removed, please provide photos of the inside of the box
- if the product has been taken out, please provide full-view photos or a video of the whole item
Please use the original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is missing or cannot be used, the product must still be packed securely, and an additional US$59 repackaging fee may apply.
For non-quality-related returns, Arborlen may charge up to 20% of the order total as a return shipping and handling fee.
Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, Arborlen will arrange a refund or exchange according to the item’s condition.
