How Can I Change or Recover My Password?

You can change or reset your Arborlen password depending on whether you can still access your account. 

If You Know Your Current Password

To change your password from your account:

1. Sign in to your Arborlen account and select “My Account”.

2. Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner and select “Account”.

3. Find “Password” and click the edit icon next to it.

4. A verification window will appear. We will send an email containing a verification code to the email address associated with your Arborlen account.

5. Enter the verification code in the pop-up window and click “Continue”.

6. In the next window, enter your new password and confirm the new password.

7. Make sure your new password is different from your current password, then save the change.

Once your password has been updated successfully, you can use the new password to log in to your Arborlen account.

If You Forgot Your Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the Arborlen login page:

1. Click “Log in” in the upper-right corner of the Arborlen homepage.

2. Select “Forgot password”.

3. Enter the email address associated with your Arborlen account.

4. Click “Send” inside the verification code field.

5. We will send an email containing a verification code to the email address you entered.

6. Enter the correct verification code in the corresponding field.

7. Enter your new password and confirm the new password in the corresponding fields.

8. Submit the information to complete the password reset.

Once the password has been reset successfully, you can use your new password to log in to your Arborlen account.

If You Do Not Receive the Verification Email

If you cannot find the email containing your verification code, please check your junk or spam folder.
